Agent Commercial Senior

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Agent to join our team in Côte d’Ivoire. The Senior Commercial Agent will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to increase sales and revenue for EngenderHealth’s programs in Côte d’Ivoire. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial landscape in Côte d’Ivoire and be able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, private sector partners, and other relevant actors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase sales and revenue for EngenderHealth’s programs in Côte d’Ivoire
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, private sector partners, and other relevant actors
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development
- Collaborate with program teams to develop and implement commercial plans that align with program goals and objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial strategies and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with EngenderHealth’s policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in the non-profit sector
- Strong understanding of the commercial landscape in Côte d’Ivoire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to travel frequently within Côte d’Ivoire and occasionally internationally
