The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring effective financial management and compliance with ICAP policies and donor requirements. Under the supervision of Senior Finance Officer, the Finance officer will be responsible for: Payment Management: Prepare and maintain vendor documentation to ensure timely and compliant processing of payments, including those related to trainings, workshops, and other program activities. Procurement Support: Contribute to procurement processes by preparing purchase orders, Goods Received Notes, and related documents, thereby supporting transparency and accountability in resource utilization. Financial Controls: Review and verify financial justifications and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to organizational and donor standards. Asset & Inventory Management: Participate in periodic inventory exercises for ICAP assets, equipment, and stocks, ensuring proper tracking and safeguarding of organizational resources.
