VN-024 GN10-2026-Assistant Human Resources Clerk G3
IOM
Job Description
for intro paragraphs and general text. Use
for section headers (e.g., Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). Use - for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills). No CSS classes, no inline styles, no , no
. Must preserve all original content word-for-word. However the original content includes many HTML tags and inline styles etc. We must strip those and produce clean HTML with only ,
, , - , maybe? The instruction: "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase". That means we must keep the text exactly as given, but we can change the markup to semantic HTML. We must not alter the textual content. So we need to extract the plain text from the given HTML, preserving it exactly, then wrap it in appropriate tags.
Thus we need to parse the given job description HTML, extract the visible text (including links? The link text and URLs? The original content includes anchor tags with href and text. We must preserve the text content, but we may also keep the links? The instruction says preserve all original content word-for-word. If we drop the href attributes, we are removing content (the URL). However the instruction about using only
,
, - suggests we cannot keep tags because they are not allowed? It didn't forbid . It said use
for introductory paragraphs and general text,
for section headers, - for list items. It didn't say we cannot use other tags like . But to be safe, we could keep tags as they are part of original content. However the instruction "No CSS classes, no inline styles, no s, no
tags" does not forbid . So we can keep tags but must strip classes, inline styles etc. The original tags have target, rel, etc. Those are attributes; we could keep them? The instruction didn't forbid attributes on . It only forbids CSS classes, inline styles, ,
. So we can keep with href etc. However we must also strip any inline style attributes from etc. The original tags have target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" etc. Those are okay. Also there are nested tags (like ... ) which is malformed. We need to preserve the text content word-for-word, but we can fix malformed nesting? The instruction says preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. That suggests we must not change the text, but we can change markup. However the original markup is malformed; if we keep it as is, it's still malformed but that's okay? The output must be HTML; we could keep the malformed nesting but that might break. Better to extract the visible text and URLs? But that would change content (removing the nested tags). However the instruction says preserve original content word-for-word, meaning the textual content, not necessarily the markup. Usually in such tasks, they want you to output the job description as clean HTML, preserving the textual content exactly, but you can reformat markup. So we should extract the plain text (including link text) and discard URLs? But the URLs are part of the content; if we discard them, we are removing content. However the URLs are not visible text; they are attributes. The instruction likely refers to the visible job description text, not the underlying HTML attributes. Usually they want you to strip all the junk and keep the readable text. So we can drop URLs and keep link text. The link text often repeats the URL or description. For example: IOM workplace culture | International Organization for Migration. The inner link text is "IOM workplace culture | International Organization for Migration". The outer link has no text besides the inner link. So the visible text is that phrase. So we can keep that phrase.
Thus we need to extract all visible text from the given HTML, preserving order, and then wrap sections with appropriate tags based on headings.
We need to identify section headers: In the original, there are Introduction, Organizational Context and Scope, Required Qualifications and Experience, then subheadings Education, Experience, Skills, Languages, then a line with DESIRABLE (styled), then Required Competencies, Values , Core Competencies, Managerial Competencies, Notes. Also at the end there is an list of duties (these appear after the notes? Actually after the notes paragraph, there is an list with duties). Those should be considered as responsibilities/duties.
Thus we need to produce HTML with for each section header. For subheadings like Education, Experience, Skills, Languages, Required Competencies, Values, Core Competencies, Managerial Competencies, Notes, we also use . The introductory paragraphs before first strong should be wrapped in
. The paragraphs under each heading should be
. Lists should be
- .
We must preserve all text exactly, including punctuation, line breaks? We'll just output as HTML with appropriate tags; line breaks inside
are not needed.
We must not add any extra text. So we need to copy the text verbatim.
Let's extract the text.
I'll go through the original HTML and pull out visible text.

tags" does not forbid . So we can keep tags but must strip classes, inline styles etc. The original tags have target, rel, etc. Those are attributes; we could keep them? The instruction didn't forbid attributes on . It only forbids CSS classes, inline styles,
Also at the end there is an
- list of duties (these appear after the notes? Actually after the notes paragraph, there is an
Original snippet:
